All patients must call if they require an appointment

We have a face mask/ face covering policy for patients
All booked patients will be called back by a clinician
We will try and manage your condition / needs without you having to come to the surgery
The Clinician will book you an appointment where necessary
All Prescription Requests should preferably be made online using NHS App or SystmOne online and all prescriptions will be digitally signed and sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy. If you have not already nominated a pharmacy please let the reception staff know to make it easier for you to get your repeat medication from your nominated chemist.

SURGERY 'TIME TO LEARN' CLOSURES:
The surgery will be closed, for staff training, on the following Tuesday afternoons from 13:00 hours (1PM):
