As part of NHS England's forward plans for mordernising general practice, the use of and promotion of digitial tools and services to patients are requirement for the GP Practices.

The practice has now started offering opportunities for patients to submit online appointment requests for medical queries and also opportunity to submit Admin Query Requests through online tool.

You will be prompted through our telephone messaging system and we encourage that you submit your Admin Queries through onlne submission which will be responded and or actioned by our admin staff. Please use the admin query submission tool only for Admin Queries such as for requesting letters, sicknote, prescriptions, results etc (please do not submit medical queries through admin link).
