Our practice is working hard to help make it easier for you to get the care you need. Whether you contact us online, by phone, or in person, you’ll receive the same high-quality support and patient care.
Accessing our services
Our practice is open from 8.00am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. Throughout these hours you, or your carer on your behalf, can:

The surgery carries out essential administrative tasks between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday. During this time, our phone lines remain open for emergency calls only. If you require urgent assistance in person, please ring the doorbell for access.
Using online consultation
You can use our practice’s online consultation tool, during our core opening hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–6:30pm) for:
· Routine, Non-Urgent appointment requests, medication queries
· Administrative requests (eg fit notes, test results, letters).
· Public Bank Holidays - Closed
When We Are Closed (from 6.30pm each evening until 8.00am on weekdays, all bank holidays and weekends): NHS 111 provides medical cover to our patients when the Surgery is closed.
Emergencies and Out Of Hours Information
Extended Access Clinics
All our patients now have access to an extended hours service provided by local HUB (BB HealthCare) offering GP and Nurse consultations from 6:30pm to 8pm on weekdays and also Saturdays 8:00am till 6:00pm. Please speak to a receptionist who can give you further details on the extended clinics available and is able to book it for you if required.
