Updating your mobile number/email address/home telephone and your house address
Communications via mobile and text messaging between GP surgeries and patients are increasing and are vital in delivering patient care. It is important that you keep your mobile phone number, your email and your address updated on your records so that you could get relevant information in a timely manner.
You should update any changes to your address or phone number ASAP to avoid any failed/missed communications with you regarding your care.
To update your records please contact the reception staff. Please note we would not be able to make changes to your records over the phone as the reception staff will need to confirm your identity and the proof of your address.
