NOTICE: Our surgery is open for business as usual however, to minimise the risk of COVID-19 to the patients and the staff, the entry into the building door will be monitored.
Where possible try and avoid coming to the surgery unless asked by the doctor or a nurse for an appointment and use the NHS app for requesting prescriptions. If arriving at the surgery please follow any directions and instructions on social distancing and wear a face covering when entering the building. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding.

All Prescription Requests should preferably be made online using NHS App or SystmOne online and all prescriptions will be digitally signed and sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy. If you have not already nominated a pharmacy please let the reception staff know to make it easier for you to get your repeat medication from your nominated chemist.

INFORMATION FOR ALL PATIENTS
England: coronavirus vaccination information
More people aged 70+ and/or those listed as clinically extremely vulnerable will be receiving an NHS letter inviting them to book a free coronavirus vaccine through the NATIONAL BOOKING SERVICE.
The NHS will let you know when it's your turn to have the vaccine. It's important not to contact the NHS for a vaccination before then.

SURGERY 'TIME TO LEARN' CLOSURES:
The surgery will be closed, for staff training, on the following Tuesday afternoons from 13:00 hours (1PM):
2020/21: Tuesdays 8th September, 6th October, 3rd November, 1st December, 2nd February, 2nd March.
