During Surgery Opening hours: on Weekdays (Monday to Friday 8am to 6:30pm):
Phone the surgery to discuss your medical need, to book an appointment or to arrange to see doctor or a nurse.
When We Are Closed: NHS 111 provides medical cover to our patients when the Surgery is closed, i.e. from 6.30pm each evening until 8.00am on weekdays, all bank holidays and weekends.

The Out of Hours Emergency Doctor Service can be contacted through NHS 111
This service will operate between the hours of 6:30pm and 8:00am on weekdays and from 6:30pm Friday until 8:00am Monday, as well as Bank Holidays.
Access to this service for our patients can still be achieved by ringing the surgery, when the contact number will be given by the phone message.

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS 111. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or, arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
They will assess the information you give them and either give you advice over the telephone or arrange for you to be seen by a doctor at one of the local Primary Care Centres.
If you are unable to attend the centre and are clinically in need of a visit this will be arranged.
Call 999 in an emergency. Sudden onset severe chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
