NOTICE: Our surgery is open for business as usual however, to minimise the risk of COVID-19 to the patients and the staff, the entry into the building door will be monitored.

Where possible try and avoid coming to the surgery unless asked by the doctor or a nurse for an appointment and use the NHS app for requesting prescriptions. If arriving at the surgery please follow any directions and instructions on social distancing and wear a face covering when entering the building. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding.

    All patients must call if they require an appointment
  • We have a face mask/ face covering policy for patients

  • where suitable, we will try and manage your condition / needs without you having to come to the surgery

  • All Prescription Requests should preferably be made online using NHS App or SystmOne online and all prescriptions will be digitally signed and sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy. If you have not already nominated a pharmacy please let the reception staff know to make it easier for you to get your repeat medication from your nominated chemist.

The Covid booster vaccination is being rolled out to our patients. In the comming weeks you will be contacted by the BB Healthcare on our behalf to invite you to book for the COVID Booster vaccination which will be offered at the Nevenden centre. Please wait for this information to be sent out to you.

You can now book appointments, cancel appointments and request repeat prescriptions online. To sign up to use this service please contact the surgery. Once you have your username and password click the Systm Online Link Below to access this service.


The surgery will be closed, for staff training, on the following Tuesday afternoons from 13:00 hours (1PM):

2020/21: Tuesdays 8th September, 6th October, 3rd November, 1st December, 2nd February, 2nd March.
