Flu clinics and Covid 19 Booster clinics- Patient Update – Sept 2022
We are now holding our Flu and Covid Booster vaccination clinics at Swanwood Partnership for eligible patients. If you have not already received a text message to book your appointment, please ask the receptionist as to how to book one.
This year Flu and Covid Booster will be offered together to eligible patients. You will either receive a text, where you can directly book in your appointment, you can also book your flu clinic appointment by either phoning the reception or when you are at the surgery.

You can now book appointments, cancel appointments and request repeat prescriptions online. To sign up to use this service please contact the surgery. Once you have your username and password click the Systm Online Link Below to access this service.
SURGERY 'TIME TO LEARN' CLOSURES:
The surgery will be closed, for staff training, on the following Tuesday afternoons from 13:00 hours (1PM):
2020/21: Tuesdays 8th September, 6th October, 3rd November, 1st December, 2nd February, 2nd March.
