Patients will be able to submit an e-consult between 8:30am to 1:00pm during our opening hours.
To manage the demand, the numbers of eConsults that can be submited in any one day is restricted. If you are unable to send an eConsult request, then it may mean that the daily limit has been reached or it is outside our permitted timeframe .
You should be able to contact reception on phone to request appointment or discuss other matters in the usual ways.
Please be aware that this service is not for emergency matters and it may take up to 2 days for the practice to process your econsult.
Please DO NOT use eConsult to request your prescriptions.
